Ana Bauder is a renowned professional in the mediation industry, Some of the companies she worked with include The World Bank, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, University of London and United Nations.
Ana engaged Tailored Web to design and develop her online persona. This included a tailored website, specifically designed imagery and three CVs to be downloadable in the website. After this project, In fact, Ana decided to continue to engage Tailored Web to further develop her online presence.

While doing our research prior to the engagement, we found that often other mediators’ websites contained a lot of information. This clearly demonstrated their authority in the industry but demonstrated a nebulous focus on their intended message.
Therefore, we ensured to balance the clarity and focus of Ana’s message with the display of sufficient information to evoke authority and build rapport and trust with her target segment.
To achieve this, we synthesized the many interesting skills and experiences our client had acquired during her ongoing successful career. We conducted a considerable amount of synthesis and opted for abstract imagery which could summon more than one interpretation.
This resulted in a website which portrays Ana’s services and experience in a powerful way and tailored to her audience.

To define Ana’s personal brand we started by aiding her to envision the values she wanted to portray and engaged with her in several brainstorming sessions.
Her brand needed to feel serious and easy to navigate, in line with the industry. But also, it had to represent her target segment, inspire and break with existing patterns.
To tackle this challenge, we worked very closely with her, identifying her needs, beliefs and preferences. Several mood boards were created which helped choose a final representative style. Once we defined the brand guidelines, we went on to implement it throughout the webpage, imagery and CVs.
Mediation and Consultancy Areas of Expertise Illustrations
Once the brand guidelines were in place, we started developing the imagery required. This consisted of 13 images, a logo and two different CVs.
The main challenge depicting the illustrations was to choose a relevant illustrative concept for each of the areas of expertise that needed to be portrayed. Additionally, incorporating the dotted brand guidelines was limiting some of the ideas.
To develop the illustrations we co-developed with Ana a mood board with relevant examples for each deliverable. Subsequently, we developed each piece of work according to the agreed dotted pattern guidelines using them subtly and increasing the presence of monochrome contrast to give the modern but professional look Ana aimed to portray.
